Events Signup, Friendraising

There are two features GiftWorks lacks that I've reached for recently and am looking to other companies to provide. The first is a simple event registration page when I can present a number of options, , gather basic contact info and attendee preferences, and charge a registration fee.

The second is what is unfortunately known as "friendraising". I want the nonprofit to be able to
  1. invite supporters to create their own fundraising page, with a link to their unique, personally branded page
  2. allow simple customization of the page, including the supporter's message, photos, video, etc
  3. allow the supporter to set the target amount they want to raise
  4. a Donate Now button that leads to a donation page that tracks that the donation came from the supporters page
  5. display a thermometer gauged to that amount
  6. change the thermometer according to how much has been raised
  7. a "spam my friends" feature which could be as simple as a textbox I can enter or cut & paste email addresses into,
  8. a "spam my facebook friends" feature
  9. an add-in to Facebook that my friends can add to their profiles to help me spread the word (My group built a functional prototype of this last year but it's been on the back burner. Actually it's not even in the kitchen.)
  10. a way to seamlessly get the data into GiftWorks.

The power of the friendraiser is that it gives the nonprofit a way to leverage supporters beyond their own donations--it allows them to leverage networks of networks of people, which can easily lead to a significant increase in awareness, giving, and participation.

I think Convio has a feature like this, and I've seen major campaigns by orgs like the American Cancer Society that turn supporters into advocates and fundraisers. Compared to a full-blown web app, it's a relatively small job to know out and would hope to see that sometime from GiftWorks.

In the meantime I'm looking at Acteva, Cvent, and a few others for the online Event registration.
